Information
TIME:  Six hours is allowed for your function.  Time to decorate the room must be arranged if
necessary.  Extra party time is available for $50.00 per half hour for the room and $25.00 per half
hour for a bartender.  All functions must stop by midnight.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

DECORATIONS:  No thumbtacks or nails!!  Nothing on the ceiling except when done by a hired
decorator.  Arches, balloons, centerpieces and candles are allowed.  Any place setting favors are
o.k.  We supply white tablecovers, any other color or linen may be be brought in.  Confetti,
serpentines and hay are NOT allowed.  If the room is available the night before to decorate, you may
do so upon arranging it with the manager.  Decorations left here after the party are considered trash
the next day. Please don't stand on the tables or chairs.  A ladder is available.  Any damage caused
by nails or thumbtacks will be charged to the renting party.

CATERING:  No outside catering is permitted.  Kitchen facilities and utensils are to be used only by
our staff.  Baked goods and snacks are allowed to be brought in, however, our staff is not
responsible for dispensing them.  Any and all beverages must be purchased from the Fire Company.
 You are NOT entitled to any leftovers, food or beverages.

INSURANCE:  We are fully insured, including liquor liability.  All of our staff is trained and certified by
the insurance company.  Not covered is any intentional breakage or damage or anything brought
onto the property,  therefore the rentor is responsible.  Our staff will not tolerate rowdy or abusive
behavior.

MINORS:  Serving alcohol to anyone under 21 years of age is a serious offense.  Anyone doing so
will cause the bar to be closed until the individual(s) are escorted from the property.

DEPOSITS:  A $200.00 deposit is required upon booking the President's Hall and $75.00 on the
Governor's Room.  No date is secure without a deposit and contract.  No later than two weeks  
before the function, another deposit of 75% of an estimated total bill is due.  We do not accept credit
cards at this time.  All checks must clear the day before the function.

FINAL PAYMENT:  If payment cannot be made the day of the party, a bill is mailed and payment in
full is required within 15 working days.  After that, interest is charged at 18% APR or 1.5% monthly.

CANCELLATION:  If written notice is given six months or more before the date, deposits will be
refunded.  Cancellations closer to your date are subject to review of the possibility of re-booking the
date.

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE:  Your contract holds a date, not prices.  You have our
word as community minded organization that we try to be fair as we can to all concerned.  Price
increases will be announced as far in advance as possible.

BARTENDER:  It is necessary to have one of our employees as bartender/chaperone at all functions
whether alcohol is served or not.  Two are required for 90  to 180 guests and three for over 180
guests.  The fee is $75.00 per bartender.
