The Fullerton Fire Co. #1 will now be offering an Hors D' Oeuvre selection.  All Hors D' Oeuvres
will have to be purchased from the Fullerton Fire Co. #1.  No outside catering will be allowed.  

Basic Cold Assortment
Served Buffet Style for 1 hour cocktail hour @ $3.50 per person

Basic Cold Assortment includes:
Assorted Crackers and Cheese Balls, Veggie Tray with Ranch Dip, Ring Bologna and Cheese
Tray, Chips and Salsa, Chips, Pretzels and Assorted Pickles and Olives.

Additional Cold:

Spinach Dip in Bread Bowl ($30.00)
Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail served with Cocktail Sauce  ($40.00)
Assorted Fruit Tray (price available upon request)



Hot Hors D'Eouvers Selection

Hot items are available with a minimum of 2, maximum of 5.  Pricing is per 50 pieces unless
otherwise noted.

Baked Hot Crab Dip served w/assorted crackers  ($45.00 per 50 people)
Meatballs served in your choice of mushroom gravy or italian sauce  ($20.00)
Wings served Buffalo style or BBQ style w/bleu cheese or ranch dressing  ($30.00)
Mini Egg Rolls  ($20.00)
